Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of software and services provided by Parapet ("we", "us"), including all Parapet add-ins for Autodesk Revit and the parapet.app website. By installing the software or subscribing you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use each app on up to the number of computers stated for its plan (currently two for Pro apps), for as long as your subscription or trial is active. Free apps may be used on any number of your own computers. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, or circumvent the license system.
2. Trial
Pro-app trials last 30 days from activation, once per computer, and do not convert automatically into a paid plan.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Updates and compatibility
We aim to support the current Revit release and the six previous ones. We may drop a Revit version with reasonable notice. Software is provided "as is" - keep backups and review changes an app makes before saving.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parapet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profit arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or revoke licenses obtained fraudulently, shared beyond the seat limit, or used in breach of these terms.
8. Trademarks
Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Parapet is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.
